Initial Consultation Disclaimer
We offer one complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to gain a preliminary understanding of your legal needs and case background. During this consultation we will assess your situation and answer some basic questions. The purpose of the initial consultation is a preliminary evaluation of your case; it does not include providing specific legal advice or strategy. For compliance reasons, we can only provide specific legal advice and guidance after we have been formally retained.
Consultation beyond 20 minutes is billed at our current hourly rate of $600/hour. Phone consultations have a 30-minute minimum, and in-person consultations have a 1-hour minimum.
Appointment Reminders
We encourage you to provide both your email and mobile number. Our system automatically sends reminder emails and text messages to help you remember your appointment time. If you do not provide contact information, or do not receive a reminder, please be sure to keep track of your appointment time yourself, as we are unable to remind each client manually.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that clients' schedules may change, and we want to provide efficient, professional legal service to everyone. To ensure fair and reasonable scheduling, please read the following policy carefully:
1. Rescheduling & Cancellation:If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.
2. Free Initial Consultation:If cancelled within 24 hours or missed, the free initial consultation is forfeited; rebooking will be charged at the standard consultation rate.
3. Paid Consultation:If cancelled within 24 hours or missed, 50% of the consultation fee will be retained; the remaining 50% will be applied as a credit toward rebooking.
4. Special Circumstances:In case of emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will handle it flexibly.

All information you provide is kept strictly confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. We use 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your data and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
Conflict of Interest
Before formally accepting your case, we will perform a conflict-of-interest check to ensure we can represent you fairly and independently.
